Individual yoga lessons offer a personalized follow-up program. They are completely adapted to you and your life.

Your personal yoga lesson will be designed entirely for you, depending on how much time you have and what you want to develop or improve physically and mentally. It will take into account your unique constitution, energy level, health and interests.
After an initial consultation, a custom adapted yoga practice will be taught to you. A written program will be given to practice at home regularly between sessions.
We usually meet 1 to 2 weeks after this first lesson to establish a suitable practice and develop your confidence to practice regularly at home.
After that, we usually meet every month or every 4-6 weeks or so depending on your needs.
