A week-long, entry level workshop for those who are beginning their yoga experience.
We firmly believe that yoga is appropriate for everyone, whatever their fitness level, flexibility, or age.
To this end, our teachers offer you an ongoing introductory workshop which is designed specifically for all who have wanted to try yoga but have found it hard to do - until now!
This is an accessible introductory workshop where students will learn the basics of a modern yoga practice in a safe, supportive environment, and be taught by our most experienced teachers.
After attending the workshop, students will be properly prepared and feel confident to walk into their first "beginner" or "all-levels" yoga class.
The workshop is appropriate for both brand new students and for those returning to yoga who want a "refresher course" in the basics in order to deepen their practice.
Students are introduced to the basic poses (asanas) in yoga and to the principles of proper alignment needed for a safe yoga practice.
Students are also provided a foundation in yogic breathing, meditation techniques, and the core philosophies behind this ancient tradition.
Teachers will be available to answer questions after the workshop and provide guidance as to which classes to attend in order to start or continue a regular yoga practice.
Experience daily yoga and meditation in a gorgeous villa with an experienced and dedicated teacher. Stay in a beautiful suite with a balcony. Delicious vegetarian meals served daily in an open-air cafe. A welcome dinner on the first evening, as well as a farewell lunch on the last day, is also included.

While yoga does not require equipment as such, however there are some supplies which you must have to make your practice smooth, comfortable and satisfying.
Wear loose comfortable yoga clothing so there there is no restriction around the limbs.
Remove spectacles, watches or any cumbersome jewelry or ornaments and keep beside you in a yoga pouch.

The rooms are fully air-conditioned and come with fully equipped state of the art kitchen, internet access to all rooms, and laptop safes in all bedrooms. Five of the rooms are shared with separate twin beds, all with their own private en-suite bathroom. One main room has an extra large double bed with a private terrace and a huge room.
